Coriander also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking. Plant coriander is quite similar to dill in terms of utility where both its leaves as well as seeds can be used in cuisine.
