Food Grade - Himalayan Crystal Pink Sole Salt
In an re-seeable jar, DO NOT USE one with a metal, or metallic top, as the salt will rust the metal contaminating the Sole Solution.
Fill the jar with good quality water. Let the crystals sit until the water becomes super saturated about 6 hours. If the salt crystals dissolved, add another few tablespoons to the jar. When the water becomes fully saturated the salt will stop dissolving. As you use the solution, add more water, and a bit more salt so you always see salt crystals at the bottom of the jar.
Use: Each morning, before eating or drinking, add one teaspoon of Sole to a glass of good quality water and drink. One teaspoon of Sole contains about 500mg of Sodium.
Keep the container covered to prevent the water from evaporating. Otherwise, no special storage is needed. In the rare occasion that the water becomes cloudy or takes on a smell, discard the solution, and start a new batch.
About Natural Himalayan Crystal Salt
The Himalayan salt beds formed in the Jurassic era when large seas dried out. The massive salt flats where covered up through the ages, they became locked deep in the earth. Local weather, erosion and water leached minerals into the berried salt, imparting minerals color and taste.
This gourmet salt is pure, hand-mined deep inside the pristine Himalayan mountains. The high mineral content of the Himalayan salt crystals range in color from sheer white to varying shades of pink to deep reds. The darker the color the more minerals are in the salt.
