They heat more evenly and faster than other metals and offer superior cooking control. The non-reactive 18/10 stainless steel interiors preserve the taste and nutritional qualities of foods and are easy to clean. These superior Copper cookware pieces, can be used on gas, electric, halogen stove-tops, and in the oven. They can also be used on induction stove-tops with the appropriate induction stove top interface discs. These roasters accommodate up to a 26 lbs turkey.

- Never clean your Mauviel roasters with bleach. This can lead to irreparable damage.

- If food sticks to the inside of your roasters, soak them in hot soapy water.
